Cancellations and late-arrivals

Missed and canceled appointments: Inclement weather, sudden injury or illness, and emergencies come up occasionally. These situations may provide exceptions to the following:

  1. If you need to cancel an appointment, I require a minimum of 24 hours notice (by voicemail or text, but not email) so that I can schedule other people waiting for appointments.
  2. You will be billed the full price of your scheduled appointment for cancellations received with less than 24 hours notice.This policy applies to those using a gift certificates, as well.
  3. All billed fees must be paid in-full prior to (or at the beginning of) your next appointment.
  4. Late arrivals may result in ending on-time with respect to the next client, and full fee for your scheduled session is due.

Payments

I accept cash, credit cards, local checks, Zelle, and Apple Pay. There is a $35 fee for any checks returned unpaid.


Insurance

I am a private pay provider and do not contract with insurance companies.

Gift Certificates

Gift certificates may be purchased on-line, in-person, or over the phone. On-line purchases are available through this website. Gift certificates are valid by law for 5 years from purchase date, NOT when received.
